Failed Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or refusal by the customer, the package will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for items marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address.
