Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment or production. If the order is canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Bonus policy: Customers may keep all bonus items, even if they return the main product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take time before funds are officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – there may be a processing delay.
